Tour the newly renovated building complex of Hebrew Academy of Morris County, now known as Gottesman RTW Academy, that is a LEED building complex designed by KSS Architects. Formerly situated on a lower elevation, the new Academy is now sited on the highest point of the hill-top. The Academy’s building wings are masterfully arranged to resemble the surrounding bedrock masses that glaciers once formed.

Tour the World Headquarters of Wyndham Worldwide, both LEED accredited buildings designed by Gensler. To date, 22 Sylvan is the first and only building in New Jersey to earn both the LEED-CI and LEED-EBOM designations. Another distinction is the building’s ENERGY STAR rating-97 on a scale of 1 to 100. Tracking its energy usage through the EPA’s ENERGY STAR online tool, this makes Wyndham Worldwide’s corporate offices among the top 3% of the most efficient buildings in the United States.

Tour the Log House at Craftsman Farms, Gustav Stickley’s rustic country estate and a National Historic Landmark. Largely restored to its 1910-1917 appearance, the Log House at Craftsman Farms is the only home Stickley designed and built for his own use. Initially to be a club house for his planned school for boys, he modified his plans during construction and the clubhouse was converted into his residence.

If you would just like to join us Friday evening the reception only it is a $50 registration fee. The evening will be celebration of NJ Architecture with the announcement of the Design Awards, the Service Awards and the AIA Newark & Suburban Canstruction Awards.
