HAMILTON, NJ and MEDIA, PA– August 15, 2017 Spiezle Architectural Group, Inc., an award-winning, full-service architectural, interior design and planning firm, is pleased to announce several significant new hires and promotions. The moves illustrate the effective implementation of its sustainable growth strategy driven to consistently enhance the scope, depth and diversity of its client services.

 

The latest additions culminate a team of 59 professionals with extensive architectural, planning and interior design expertise in sectors including K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, senior care, commercial, non-profit, hospitality, sustainability, and government markets.  New employees include Thomas Lee, CPA, Chief Financial Officer/VP of Finance and Administration, James Repka, RA, Project Manager, Courtney Prutzman, Interior Designer, and Chelsea Donnigan, Senior Marketing Coordinator. Promotions include Steven Siegel, AIA, LEEDap to Principal as well as Michelle Lopez and Justin Kozik, LEED GA to Project Coordinators.

Two former team members return to Spiezle. Thomas Lee, CPA, is now its Chief Financial Officer/VP of Finance and Administration, extending his 9 years with the firm.  Lee brings 20-plus years of financial management experience, establishing and cultivating client relationships, enhancing employee ownership (ESOP) culture, and an expertise in conducting market, demographical, and trend analysis that is integral to the company’s success. James Repka, RA, who served for 10 years, re-enters as Project Manager in Hamilton, NJ. He is skilled in K-12, higher education, healthcare, and construction administration, with strength in all aspects of project management.

 

Courtney Prutzman enters as an Interior Designer in the Media, PA office. She is proficient in design concept development, space planning, finish and material research and selection, technical detailing and construction documentation, furniture/ fixtures/ equipment selection, finish boards, and project binders. Courtney graduated from Philadelphia University with a BS in Interior Design, Magna Cum Laude.

 

Chelsea Donnigan has joined as Senior Marketing Coordinator in the Hamilton, NJ office. She offers a deep knowledge of critical areas including proposal production/coordination, advertising and graphic design elements, social media management, trade show support, and business networking. Chelsea graduated High Point University with BA in Strategic Communications.

Several promotions were earned by Spiezle professionals. Steven Siegel, AIA, LEEDap, was elevated from Senior Associate to Principal culminating 18 years with the firm. Steve possesses a wealth of progressive architectural experience in the K-12, municipal, and commercial sectors, among others, and offers specialized knowledge in project design and planning.

 

Two 3-year employees earned promotions from Architectural Designer to Project Coordinator.  Michelle Lopez is skilled at building valued relationships and her technical competencies have been applied to producing educational, commercial and governmental building types. Justin Kozik, LEED GA, has contributed to numerous educational projects ranging from new construction to extensive alterations and renovations.
