My name is Matthew Pultorak, AIA, NCARB, and I am EPiC. With about 5 years of infield experience, I have had the opportunity to manage projects ranging from the Post-Sandy rebuild efforts, mid-rise apartments buildings in New Jersey, and high-rise mixed-use buildings in Philadelphia. As an active member of the community, I followed the natural path to help plan, develop, and influence the Student experience through Campus design at Rutgers University. I work with Institutional Planning & Operations as a Senior Project Coordinator. Eager to absorb as much knowledge about architecture as possible, I took the AREs early in my career. This provided me with exposure to all areas of project delivery and design, allowing me to create a more thoughtful product for my clients. Since the first AIA meeting I attended, I was pushed head first into local leadership on the AIA Jersey Shore executive committee, as well as within EPiC. I have loved every second of it! Working with other AIA members provides the opportunity to learn from each other and continue to grow as a professional, ultimately making a huge difference for those within our profession and our communities. Being part of the AIA truly gives each person the opportunity to make a positive impact!
