A solar PV training opportunity for architects and engineers

Demand for solar photovoltaic (PV) energy is at an all-time high. As more individuals and businesses decide to go solar, a new national training course is helping architects and engineers grab their market share of this new technology.

$80 for veterans & nonprofit employees

$50 for students 7.5 LU/HSW

This course has also been approved for 7.5 GBCI CE hours.


In partnership with AIA and ASHRAE, the Building Codes Assistance Project (BCAP) and the Center for Sustainable Energy (CSE) are offering this solar PV training to architects, engineers, and other design professionals in 22 metropolitan areas, including Philadelphia. Join us for our Community Resilience course and learn about the meaningful actions that you and your community can take to enhance resilience to natural hazards and of the opportunities available to incorporate these actions into professional practice. Increase your understanding about community resilience (CR) and how it can benefit hazard planning, including practices of how community resilience can be enhanced at the local level. Learn about resources and tools that can assist to identify the various components of risk and strategies for integrating community resilience into existing plans and programs.
