Do you know of an innovative project, plan, or initiative that deserves to be honored for its commitment to smart growth principles? Consider nominating it for a 2024 Smart Growth Award!

Nominations and all supporting documents are accepted via an online submission portal. See the nomination guidelines and instructions here. The deadline has now been extended for one week! Answering the nomination questions and gathering supporting materials can take time, so start your submission today.

Nominations are also open for the Redevelopment Trailblazer Award. This award is for an individual or organization that has demonstrated leadership and innovation in the field of redevelopment. Read about last year’s inaugural winner.

The Smart Growth Award winners will be celebrated at an in-person event this fall and will be featured in a professionally produced video. Check out the previous award winners.
