Bryon McCarthy is Principal at Cuhaci Peterson, leading the Philadelphia office and guiding multidisciplinary projects across retail, grocery, multifamily, and industrial sectors. Known for relationship-driven leadership and mentoring, Bryon brings 20+ years of experience spanning architecture, engineering, construction, and development. He earned a BLA in Landscape Architecture from Penn State and studied Civil Engineering at Temple University.
