Spiezle Architectural Group Announces Continued Success and Growth with Several New Hires

Spiezle Architectural Group, Inc., an employee-owned, award-winning, full-service architectural, interior design, landscape architecture, and planning firm, is excited to announce several new hires. These new hires will play an integral role in continuing the firm’s mission to provide excellent service to its clients.

 

The firm now employs over 70 team members, allowing it to extend its services in the K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, senior care, commercial, non-profit, hospitality, and government markets. New employees include Brian Malley, Matthew Gilliard and Ian Avance, Architectural Designers; Robert Ritger, Construction Administrator; Barbara Malewicz, AIA, LEEDap, Project Manager; Jared Murphy, RA, Project Architect; Stephanie Zeilsdorff, Interior Designer; and Christina Tedeschi, Senior Marketing Coordinator.

Spiezle has substantially increased its staff level over the past year in an effort to enhance its capacity and capabilities, while continuing its commitment to providing excellent and diverse service to its clients.

Brian Malley and Matthew Gilliard have both joined the firm as Architectural Designers in the Hamilton, NJ office. Brian and Matthew are both skilled in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop and Revit. They are also both recent graduates of Thomas Jefferson University, formerly known as Philadelphia University, where they received their Bachelor of Architecture degrees.

 

Ian Avance has joined the Spiezle team as an Architectural Designer with a penchant for interior design. After working as an architect in the Philippines for five years, Ian moved to the United States and received his BS in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Philadelphia. He is skilled in preparing plans, drawings, and design schemes for a variety of clients.

 

With over 35 years of experience, Robert Ritger has joined the firm as a Construction Administrator at the Hamilton, NJ office. Robert has diverse experience in the architecture, engineering and construction industry and has worked for a variety of firms in Massachusetts, New York and New Jersey. Robert brings a wealth of knowledge in the higher education, K-12 education, corporate and multi-family spaces. Robert received his Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Notre Dame.

 

Barbara Malewicz, AIA, LEEDap has joined as Project Manager in the Hamilton, NJ office. She has over 25 years of experience in planning and executing a variety of project types, especially educational, commercial, corporate, and multi-family residential projects. She received her Bachelor of Architecture from The Cooper Union in New York, NY.

 

Jared Murphy, RA, enters as a Project Architect in the Media, PA office. Jared possesses extensive experience as a project architect with a focus on higher education, municipal, and community spaces. His skills include project management, schematic design and full construction administration. Jared is a Registered Architect and received his Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University.

 

Stephanie Zeilsdorff has joined the firm as an Interior Designer in the Hamilton, NJ office. Stephanie is skilled in leading projects from programming through installation, with extensive experience in designing interior spaces in senior living and healthcare facilities. She is proficient in 3D modeling and rendering, space planning, and sustainable design practices. Stephanie received her BA in Interior Design from Kean University.

 

Christina Tedeschi enters as a Senior Marketing Coordinator in the Hamilton, NJ office. Christina has an impressively broad background in journalism, publishing, and communications and is skilled in photography and videography. She graduated from Washington College with a BA in Philosophy and a BA in Art.
