Architects League Past President Bryan Pennington, AIA, Achieves ACHA Certification

Congratulations to Bryan Pennington, AIA, current Trustee and Past President of the Architects League of Northern New Jersey and one of NK’s Senior Associates, on passing his ACHA exam. Bryan is now a Board Certified Healthcare Architect by the American College of Healthcare Architects. This is the only Specialty Certification approved by AIA National. 

According to Bryan, he pursued this certification as part of his ongoing effort to improve himself and his abilities as an architect and a healthcare architect. Bryan says, “The skills learned as part of completing the American College of Healthcare Architects program have improved my ability to create better places of healing thereby making a more positive impact on the staff and patients that occupy the spaces I design. My increased knowledge and understanding of the business of modern healthcare help me to better serve clients in pre-project planning and project execution.” 

Taking the extra effort to achieve such an elevated credential as Mr. Pennington has allowed him to differentiate himself and his firm for their healthcare planning and design expertise. This specialized certification helps elevate AIA Architects as experts, strengthening our position with in the healthcare industry.
