Just a year ago, we gathered in small, fabulous groups to support one another. Now, MORE THAN EVER BEFORE our voices ring around the planet as we meet on electronic platforms everywhere! Today is International Women’s Day, and ALL WOMEN ARE INTERNATIONAL WOMEN. Our ideas, our images, our work, our goals are all rooted in our varied cultures and histories, formed by our glorious, powerful present and carried out to change our future and that of all the women we pull up behind us.
A challenged world is an alert world. Individually, we’re all responsible for our own thoughts and actions – all day, every day. We can all choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. We can all choose to seek out and celebrate women’s achievements. Collectively, we can all help create an inclusive world. From challenge comes change, so let’s all choose to challenge.
