DiGeronimo, PC is an award-winning architectural firm located in Paramus, NJ, 50 years in business. We are seeking a self-motivated Project Architect / Project Manager to perform design, project construction contract document drawings and specifications, administration, and client contact, reporting to the two principals of our firm.
Our practice offers a studio environment with exciting experience in making Architecture and Design documentation sufficiency comprehensive to become a constructed reality. Our portfolio of work is in the public / government sphere and can be viewed at www.digeronimo-pc.com We do large-scale architectural projects and interiors for the Port Authority of NY and NJ, for MNRR; for NYC School Construction Authority, and for FEMA HUD, flooding mitigation (elevating homes.)
Applicant requirements include a minimum 10-15 years of experience; a Bachelor of Architecture degree (or equivalent); excellent AutoCAD and Revit skills; good communication and writing skills including command of the English language; US resident status.
A successful candidate must have a broad knowledge of materials, systems, and details; and be able to coordinate engineering, scheduling, and cost consultants to achieve a completed job. Must be familiar with sustainable design concepts, energy savings, and the LEED rating system.
