AIA New Jersey Architects’ Storytime Celebrates Hispanic Architects and World Architecture with Antonio Gaudi and Manuel Pereiras, AIA

The American Institute of Architects New Jersey Chapter Public Awareness Committee continues our Architects’ Storytime initiative to increase interest and equity in the profession. AIA NJ members will be reading stories about architects and architecture to inspire the next generation of architects. We are delighted to share Carmen and The House That Gaudi Built by Susan Hughes; published by Owlkids.

This storytime is presented by Manuel Pereiras, AIA, and his family in recognition of Hispanic Heritage Month and World Architecture Month. We are celebrating the histories, cultures and contributions of people whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America along with Architecture from around the WORLD! Please share this link with your friends, family, schools, and libraries. Click below to watch Manny’s storytime video!
