AIA New Jersey is partnering with the State of New Jersey as the count down to the implementation date of MAY 4, 2022, for the NJ Ban on Plastic Carryout Bags & Polystyrene Foam Food Containers approaches. The law pertains to all stores, grocery stores, & food service businesses. While architecture firms are not one of the businesses primarily affected by this ban, our members are consumers who need to be prepared.
