Reading Time: 2 minutesHappy New Year, Fellow AIA NJ Architects!
The AIA NJ Public Awareness Committee is launching a new blog series entitled “Foundations” and we are collecting stories from AIA NJ Members. We want to inspire and intrigue young architects, and young people to become architects and engage with the general public. Please share tales of your life, lessons, encounters, travels, and anecdotes – your key takes on life, your professional experience – whatever you want.
Some story ideas:
Anything that makes you YOU, and how you got there. Think “foundational” and will the story be entertaining, encouraging, or educational for readers.
Stories should be a few paragraphs (no more than 750 words), ideally, in a word format, you can also feel free to include a JPEG with an associated photograph. We would like the write-ups by February 20. (We will accept late entries as well.) You can send the stories, and a photo or photos, to me at jzinder@joshuazinder.com or Stacey Kliesch at staceykliesch@gmail.com. Please let us know your thoughts. I hope you will be able to contribute. Please feel free to share with others in your firm or friends. Thank you.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
All the Best, Josh
