AIA New Jersey will be kicking off the 2nd cycle of our mentorship program.
We are looking for participants to enroll/re-enroll in this great program!

The Purpose
To align a network of individuals with varying areas of interest and experience within the A+D industry. Provide opportunities to connect professionals with outlets for advice, support, and resources. Encourage productive dialog to enable professional growth, while strengthening the AIA NJ community.
The Program
Based on feedback received from our 1st cycle, we will be changing the format to allow for more formal scheduling, by having Mentors give availability and topics and mentees sign up for those sessions. These sessions can be held by individual mentors or in pairs and we will be letting the mentors decide if they would like the session to be in person or virtual.
Registration deadline: March 31th, 2023
Kick-Off: Early May
