AIA NJ Educational and Scholarship Foundation invests in the next generation of New Jersey architects through scholarships, awards, education, and outreach.
Our Mission
The AIA NJ Educational and Scholarship Foundation was formed to encourage the advancement of architecture by supporting students, emerging professionals, and the architectural community. We provide resources that help talented individuals pursue architectural education, overcome financial barriers, and contribute to the future of the built environment.
Our Purpose
- Provide tuition assistance to deserving architecture students who are New Jersey residents.
- Support out-of-state students enrolled in accredited New Jersey schools of architecture.
- Deliver educational programming, events, and initiatives that strengthen the architectural pipeline.
- Promote a diverse, equitable, and empowered next generation of design leaders.
Our History
Re-established in 2022 by AIA New Jersey, the Foundation carries forward a longstanding commitment to supporting architectural education. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we work in partnership with the architectural community, donors, and allied organizations to create lasting impact.
