AIA New Jersey Celebrates 125 Years of Excellence and Advocacy!
Join us as we commemorate an incredible milestone: AIA NJ’s 125th Anniversary!
For 125 years, AIA NJ has been at the forefront of architectural innovation and advocacy in New Jersey. To celebrate this milestone, we will be hosting a variety of events, programs and exhibits throughout 2025.
To document this momentous occasion, we invite the AIA New Jersey community to share memories, stories, drawings, photos, historical artifacts and any other interesting content that showcases the unique experiences and accomplishments of AIA New Jersey and our members.
Can you share:
- Old AIA NJ or section newsletters or publications?
- Photographs from past events, conferences, or projects?
- Mementos from your involvement with AIA NJ?
- Notable accomplishments achieved by our members beyond their daily practice?
- Memorable anecdotes, fun facts, or personal reflections related to your experiences with our association?
We plan to use this content by:
- Sharing highlights on our social media channels, our blog, website, and publications
- Publishing more in-depth articles and webinars that delve into the history of our organization and its members
- Creating exhibits and incorporating content into Architecture Week
Additionally, we are seeking volunteers who are passionate about preserving our history and heritage to assist with:
- Researching historical data and archives related to our organization
- Writing articles and other publications that explore various aspects of our architectural legacy
Your involvement is instrumental in making our 125th anniversary reflect the rich history of our community.
