Join us LIVE at Cafecito & Connections on World Architecture Day!

September 15, 2026

October 5, 2026, 5-7 PM

Kean University | Hutchinson Hall  | 2nd Floor Studio Alcove

Union, NJ

Free and open to all AIA NJ members, students, faculty and the general public!

Join us as we celebrate Hispanic & Latino Heritage Month with an afternoon of coffee, conversation, and community. Two practitioners will each share a short look at their work, followed by a facilitated conversation exploring how their identities shape their practice, perspective, and design approach. We will also hear from two AIA representatives about local experiences and opportunities. The event will close with an informal mixer over cafecito – a chance for students and practitioners to connect.

Students will have an opportunity to pin up, meet local practitioners, and get feedback during the mixer!

This program is approved for 1 AIA CEU.
