Registration Open For the NJ Coastal Management Program Evaluation Public Hearing

Pursuant to the federal Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, as amended, a virtual public hearing will be held as part of the federal performance evaluation of the New Jersey Coastal Management Program. The hearing will be held from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. Register at https://forms.gle/xNbu6K9BDCLSYooH8 (link below) by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. Participation is online or by phone. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the operation and implementation of the New Jersey Coastal Management Program. Written comments are encouraged, and participation at the public hearing is not required for submission. Written comments should be emailed to Michael Migliori at Michael.Migliori@noaa.gov no later than September 29, 2023.
