Guest Speaker

Rich Standing founded Chadwick Brokerage in 2015 to provide specialized insurance solutions for architects, engineers, surveyors, and construction industry professionals, helping them manage risk and secure the coverage needed for financial and creative success. Prior to this, he spent 15 years at Prosurance Redeker Group in NYC, where he developed a book of business managing insurance programs for over 400 design professional firms in the Tri-State area. Rich began his career in the insurance industry after graduating from Rider University in 1998 with a major in History and a minor in Political Science, starting as a marketing rep for a Louisiana-based managing general agency. He now resides in Far Hills, NJ with his wife and four children, enjoying golf, paddle, and fly-fishing in his leisure time.
