4 HSW/LU | Early Bird Rate until July 10: $75.00

From Concept to Performance: Passive House & High-Performance Buildings Case Studies is being presented by the AIA Connecticut COTE and BP&R Knowledge Communities. This dynamic half-day program explores the real-world delivery of Passive House and high-performance buildings through candid case studies, panel discussions, and lessons learned from completed projects.

Attendees will gain practical insights into what works, what doesn’t, and what project teams wish they had known from the start. Designed for architects, engineers, builders, consultants, owners, and sustainability professionals, the program highlights strategies for translating design intent into measurable building performance across projects of all sizes.

Speakers will share firsthand experience with envelope design, airtightness, certification, construction coordination, project costs, and post-occupancy outcomes. Focused on actionable lessons rather than theory, attendees will leave with practical strategies to improve collaboration, reduce risk, enhance occupant comfort, and deliver more resilient, energy-efficient buildings.

Lunch is included.
