This tour will provide an in-depth look at the renovation of this landmark building, focusing on how the design team balanced historic preservation with major upgrades to accessibility, life safety, workplace modernization, and occupant well-being. Participants will move through key areas of the building, including the garden level, reception and gallery spaces, workplace floors, upper-level meeting and dining areas, and the auditorium, to understand how targeted architectural interventions improved performance while preserving the building’s iconic design character.
