Attention WIA Committee Members!

Please mark your calendars and join us for a September Women in Architecture Committee planning meeting as we look ahead to end-of-year programming and 2027 priorities.

This is an opportunity to step back from individual initiatives and think collectively about how we support one another within the profession, how we can further strengthen our impact, and how we can work together to build a more connected and sustainable community—both in the present and into the future.

We will be exploring key areas including our direction and purpose, how we navigate clearer pathways from participation to leadership, moving from surviving to thriving, strategically managing professional work/life balance, identifying skills and development needs, and what systems or practices we need so our efforts can continue and build over time.
