Joshua Zinder Architecture + Design (JZA+D) is a full-service, multidisciplinary architecture and interior design firm. We offer a “complete design” approach, providing architectural and interior design services for residential, commercial, and institutional facilities.
Founded in 2006, our skilled team has over a century of collective experience. Comprised of talented architects and designers from various cultures, our team members have worked with leading architectural design houses. JZA+D has a staff of 15, including 6 registered architects, 7 project managers and 2 interior designers. 3 of the staff members are LEED Accredited Professionals.
Firm founder Joshua Zinder AIA, NCARB, LEED AP served as AIA-NJ President in 2021. In 2013, he was named Architect of the Year by the New Jersey Society of Architects (AIA-NJ). In the following year, the firm as a whole was honored as Architectural Firm of the Year in NJ for 2014. Joshua Zinder is registered in the states of New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Florida, Texas, and Pennsylvania.
The firm employs a collaborative design process, producing solutions that are modern, cost-effective, sustainable, and state-of-the art. We develop facilities that offer a unique experience to match the needs and nature of our clients. Each client receives individualized service through tailored project management, with a consistent project manager. Our experience covers a wide variety of projects from office tenant fit-outs, to university and other educational settings, large-scale hospitality projects, and residences.
JZA+D provides an extensive range of services in order to meet all the needs of our clients, including master planning, study modelling, space planning, programming evaluations, schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction administration, food service design, renderings and model construction, graphics and signage, presentation and finish boards, furniture and finish selection, and custom furniture design.
