Applications are open for Next to Lead 2024—AIA’s leadership training program for racially and ethnically diverse women in architecture! 

Next to Lead creates a pathway to AIA volunteer leadership through a ten-month program that removes barriers to volunteer leadership positions, develops essential association leadership skills, and gives voice to the topics affecting women in the workplace and the profession. The program includes: 

• Education and insights on AIA’s volunteer leadership path 
• Specialized trainings from expert speakers, including monthly virtual sessions 
• Attendance and recognition at Women’s Leadership Summit & AIA Leadership Summit 
• Exclusive networking and mentorship opportunities
