Past President Stacey Ruhle Kliesch AIA LEED AP CID represented AIA NJ and ALNNJ at the American Institute of Architects 2026 Conference in San Diego on June 10, as a speaker in the seminar “Building the Architecture Pipeline.”
This three-hour workshop brought together architects, educators, and community leaders committed to strengthening the future of the profession. The program focused on expanding architecture awareness through meaningful K–12 outreach and mentorship, and on developing practical strategies to engage the next generation of designers.
Stacey contributed to an important national conversation about how we collectively support early exposure to architecture and reinforce the pathways that help students see themselves in the profession.
