Tom Fantacone, AIA (Posen Architects, LLC) and Edward Rothe, FAIA (AIA Central NJ & Rothe-Johnson-Fantacone) will be interviewed by Erin Sharp-Newton (AIA Central NJ Trustee, AIA NJ WIA & Equity by Design).
In this session attendees will participate in an interview with Tom and Edward about how their relationship as mentor + mentee turned into a partnership. They will share about how hard work, talent and guidance can lead to successful outcomes. The session will discuss professional & firm development, maintaining design conviction, and will help people to see different architectural practice styles.
