AIA NJ couldn’t wait to share the unofficial news that on Wednesday, February 14, 2018, the American Institute of Architects announced this year’s newest Fellows. We are delighted to report that our president, Verity L. Frizzell has been elevated to The College of Fellows of The American Institute of Architects. The Jury of Fellows selected Ms. Frizzell because of her notable contributions to the advancement of the profession of architecture. A article describing Ms. Frizzell’s accomplishments, qualifying her for this honor, will be issued after February 23, with the official announcement from AIA.
Verity will receive her Fellowship medal during the Investiture of Fellows Ceremony at the AIA Conference on Architecture 2018 in New York City. The Investiture Ceremony will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, June 22, 2018 at St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
