Nominations for the AIA New Jersey 2023 Board Are Open
Nominations are currently being accepted for the following elected offices of the 2023 AIA New Jersey Executive Committee:
- President-Elect: 1-year term immediately followed by 1 year each as President & Immediate Past President
- Vice President: 1-year term
- Treasurer: 2-year term
- Young Architects Representative: 2-year term
- Representative to the Strategic Council: 3-year term
The powers and duties of each office are described in Article 6 of the current bylaws.
Parties interested in elected positions shall reply to the Nominations Chair, Joshua Zinder, AIA, via email: jzinder@joshuazinder.com by 5 P.M. on Tuesday, April 5, 2022.
Nominations are also being accepted for the following appointed Board of Trustees positions:
- (6) At-Large Trustees: 1-year term
- Public Board Member: 1-year term
The powers and duties of each office are described in Article 7 of the current bylaws.
Parties interested in appointed positions shall reply to the Nominations Chair, Joshua Zinder, AIA, via email: jzinder@joshuazinder.com by 5 P.M. on Thursday, August 11, 2022.
2023 Positions that are not up for election:
- President – Brian Penschow, AIA
- Immediate Past President – John Cwikla, AIA
- Secretary – Manuel Pereiras, AIA
- State Associate Representative – Libertad Lauren Harris, Assoc. AIA
