AIA South Jersey has been identified as a key stakeholder group for a presentation by Mr. Steven Smolyn, AIA on behalf of the City of Cape May Historic Preservation Commission regarding historic preservation laws and the role of local historic preservation commissions, using the recently updated Historic Design Standards for the City of Cape May as a case study.
