ASSISTANCE NEEDED WITH FOCUS GROUP PANEL

University level research effort at the Community Design Workshop in Stonington Borough, Ct. this April or the offices of Kimmerle Group in Harding, NJ in March and late April.
An opportunity to participate in a focus group related to university dissertation research on the subject of redevelopment planning. Sessions will occur at the Community Design Workshop, 121 Water Street, Stonington Borough, Ct or the Kimmerle Group offices at 1109 Mt Kemble, Harding Twp., NJ. An alternate location in NYC, at KG’s Chelsea office, is also possible. An approx. 3 hr session that will include lunch and a $100 stipend for participants. Session will involve viewing a series of video simulations of various redevelopment scenarios on a variety of sites. Questionnaires will be distributed for each set of cases allowing participants to grade responses and provide insights. Candidates include: Architects, attorneys, planners, engineers, appraisers, elected officials, members of public boards, and the public at large.

Sessions are tentatively set for: Saturday, March 30, April 6, April 13 and Saturday, April 20 from 10 AM to 1 PM
A short primer will be distributed prior to the session to acquaint participants with the subject area.
