Suzanne K. DiGeronimo, FAIA, and Louis A. DiGeronimo, AIA, founded DiGeronimo Architects in
1970. The firm offers unparalleled, knowledge and practical wisdom that come from experience.

This weekend, we will kick off our anniversary year by celebrating our milestone with our colleagues at the AIA New Jersey Awards and Installation Gala.

Our services include planning, site investigations, architectural design, interior design, 3-D visualization,
landscaping, life safety analysis, ADA and code compliance, economic and life-cycle cost analysis,
construction management, claims analysis, schedule preparation, surveying, studies, reports, and expert
witness efforts. In addition to architects and planners, our multi-disciplined staff includes licensed
building code officials, historic rehabilitation experts, certified specification experts, and LEED
specialists.

With an emphasis on construction applications, DiGeronimo Architects brings a uniquely practical
approach to all projects. For rehabilitation projects, we retrofit buildings with state-of-the-art, energy-
efficient mechanical systems; we design additions to fit a building’s historical context. By specifying the
reuse of existing materials and recycled content and high-performance building systems, we target
sustainable goals for all our projects.

On the construction site, our staff demonstrates the ability to solve problems and to adapt designs to

our clients. Since the 1980s, DiGeronimo Architects has completed multiple IDQ contracts for the Port
Authority of NY/NJ, the US Army Corps of Engineers, the Veterans Administration, the USPS, the
NYC Schools Construction Authority, and the NJ Schools Construction Corporation. We have a track
record of delivering projects on time and on budget. We have held continuous call-in contracts as a
prime consultant with the Port Authority of NY/NJ for over 20 years. Our record of repeat work best
