President Donnelly issued the following statement,
“I am ready to steer the Chapter with the assistance of the Members, the Sections, the Executive Committee, the Board of Trustees, all Chairpersons & Committee members, our Executive Director (and his terrific team) and everyone who wants to be involved. We at AIA NJ are diligently working towards an ‘Energetic Year’!
To remain viable, relevant and healthy as an organization (the NJ chapter was started in November 1896) for years to come, we need our emerging professionals’ sector to grow exponentially and take over the leadership of the AIA. Therefore, it is my #1 GOAL, to embrace our intelligent, interesting, and ambitious young colleagues! It is up to us (those who are ‘aging out’) to share our expertise and knowledge of AIA NJ so that our organization will easily thrive for 122 more years!”
