Reading Time: 2 minutesOn Monday, August 5th, AIA New Jersey members gathered at the Pella Windows and Doors Showroom in Cherry Hill, NJ to learn the equitable practice of recruiting and retaining staff. This seminar, the fourth in a series of 9 being offered by the AIA NJ Equity in Architecture Committee, is based on the lessons provided in the AIA National Guide to Equitable Practice.
The content was presented by Annabelle Radcliffe-Trenner, AIA, and Stacey Ruhle Kliesch, AIA. Together they provided 2 hours of theoretical and anecdotal content on the subject, interspersed with lively discussion with the audience.
The next program in the Equity Lecture Series discussing Negotiating will be held on September 24th at the Pella Windows and Doors Showroom in Springfield, NJ.
