On Thursday, January 14, 2021, at their annual Awards and Installation Program, the AIA Architects League of Northern New Jersey presented Trustees Awards to Ruchi Dhar, AIA, and Ryan Moran, AIA. The awards were presented by ALNNJ Past President and Awards Chair, Todd Hause, AIA. Todd remarked that both winners were recognized for having demonstrated outstanding service to the organization and profession in the past year.
Ruchi Dhar, AIA , is a licensed Architect in the State of New Jersey and has more than 15 years of experience in working on Retail, Corporate office buildings and Multifamily Residential projects with an emphasis on personalized service and attention to detail. She completed her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Nagpur University, India. She is an active member of the American Institute of Architects and NCARB. She is a LEED accredited professional with a specialty in Building Design and Construction, BD+C. She currently serves as a member of the ALNNJ Board of Trustees and serves as an alternate for AIA-NJ trustee. She is also involved in AIANJ CRAN & SFX Committees.
Ryan Moran, AIA, is a registered Architect in New Jersey and New York, a Member of the American Institute of Architects, the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and LEED accredited. He has a Master’s degree from the New School of Architecture and Design in San Diego and earned his Bachelor’s degree at the New York Institute of Technology. Ryan is a standing member of his Town’s Planning Board and is currently serving as President-Elect for the League, already finishing the term as Treasurer. He is also a board member and the section representative to the NJ Architects PAC.
