AIA New Jersey Immediate Past President Joshua Zinder, AIA, was recently quoted in The Washington Post and four syndicates on spotting greenwashing in the hotel industry. Joshua, a managing partner of JZA+D, which focuses on sustainable design, remarked on the true beneficiary of some hotel operation practices that are marketed as environmentally motivated.
