Meet Lisa Walzer, AIA

 
Lisa Walzer, AIA, is the first vice president of AIA Newark and Suburban, and chairperson of their website and social media committees. 
 
She is a graduate of Syracuse University School of Architecture, licensed in New York and New Jersey, with more than 30 years of experience. After working for several large and medium-sized firms involved in a variety of building types, in 1996, she started her own practice, now called Walzer Architecture. Lisa primarily designs residential additions and renovations, occasionally a new house, and some small institutional and commercial projects.
