Arch, (Healthcare Design Director at Posen Architects, Behavioral Health Advocate, and Architecture of Mental Health Design Leader) challenges with optimism, as she continues leadership and service to the profession of Architecture through Advocacy: As the AIA-NJ Equity in Architecture, Co-Chair, and as an AIA-NJ Women in Architecture Committee Liaison, Erin continues her commitment to addressing issues associated with diversity, equity, inclusion, ethics, integrity in the profession. Erin is also serving the AIA New Jersey Board of Trustees as a 2023 At-Large Trustee and is motivated by spirited authenticity, creative intelligence, and rigorous perseverance. To improve the health, safety and welfare of the public, her focus is on promoting better-built environments for health: mental health, behavioral health, physical health, healthcare, and other challenging environments.
