Nominations for the AIA New Jersey 2025 Board Are Now Open

Nominations are currently being accepted for the following elected Board Officer positions for the 2025 AIA New Jersey Executive Committee:

President-Elect: 1-year term immediately followed by 1 year each as President & Immediate Past President
Vice President: 1-year term
Treasurer: 2-year term
State Young Architects Representative: 2-year term (must have been licensed within past 10-years)
State Associate Representative: 2-year term (must be an Associate member)
The powers and duties of each office are described in Article 6 of the current bylaws.

Parties interested in the above-elected positions shall reply to the Nominations Chair, Ronald C. Weston, AIA, via email: rweston@westonarchitecture.com by 5 PM on Friday, April 5, 2024.

The following 2025 Board Officer Executive Committee positions are already set and not up for election this year:

President – Andrew Thompson, AIA
Immediate Past President – Brian Penschow, AIA
Secretary – Matthew Pultorak, AIA (2nd year of a 2-year term)
State Strategic Council Representative – Verity Frizzell, FAIA (3rd year of a 3-year term)

For members not ready to take on a Board Officer level position, applications are also being accepted for the following appointed At-Large Board Trustee positions:

Six (6) At-Large Trustees: 1-year term
The powers and duties of each office are described in Article 7 of the current bylaws. Parties interested in nomination for AIA NJ At-Large Trustee positions shall send a completed Trustee Application to the Nominations Chair, Ronald C. Weston, AIA, via email: rweston@westonarchitecture.com by 5 PM on Friday, July 26, 2024.
