Join AIA Central as we support Princeton’s Women in Construction Week! 

Part 1: Kick-off event by Princeton University at Frist Campus Center, March 4th, from 1-4pm. 

Part 2: AIA CNJ will also debut a Happy Hour Event at Nassau Inn’s Yankee Doodle Tap Room on March 4th, from 5-7pm! 

Event Summary 

From 1-4pm Princeton University has organized a fabulous event to kick off Women in Construction Week where you will meet fellow professionals and participate in an interactive presentation from Keynote Erika Rothenberger, who will speak about how to strategically grow your business by implementing an intentional networking mindset. 

At 5pm come join us as AIA Central hosts their first Happy Hour of the year.

Part 2: AIA Central’s Happy Hour Event is open to all.

Some of the Highlights of the PWC Event at Princeton University 

  • Networking 
  • Opening: Katie Callow-Wright, Princeton University Executive Vice President to Princeton, PWC NJ (New Jersey), and PWC PA 
  • Keynote “Intentional Networking”: Erika Rothenberger, author, podcaster, and Director of Performance Systems for Henkels & McCoy will speak about intentional networking. 
  • Welcome Statement: PWC NJ & PWC PA  
  • Project Highlight: Members of the Whiting-Turner Construction Company and Whiting-Turner Pride Enterprises Joint Venture Team will provide an update on the Environmental Studies and School of Engineering and Applied Science (ES & SEAS) construction highlighting project progress, sustainable construction, and the joint venture construction management model. 
  • AIA (American Institute of Architects) Speaker: Merilee Meacock, AIA, Partner at KSS Architects will talk about human-centered and biophilic/sustainable design and places that strengthen the social fabric to promote interconnectivity among the design disciplines while incorporating sustainable features. 

Continuing Education Credit 

While this event does not have LU credits attached, you are welcome to self-report your activities to AIA National, by going to aia.org and clicking “Login”. The option to self-report will be offered under the Continuing Education portion of your profile. There, you will fill out these details:
