The AIA New Jersey Women in Architecture Committee is dedicated to empowering and advocating for women in the architectural profession. Through community building, mentorship, education, and outreach, we highlight the invaluable contributions of women to the built environment. Our mission is to foster a supportive network that celebrates achievements, promotes diversity, and advances women into leadership roles.
