PART I: AIA NJ Updates: Joe Simonetta, AIA-NJ Executive Director, will discuss NJ APAC, and Bruce Turner, AIA-NJ Regional Representative, will give a short Strategic Council presentation.

PART II: “Civil Discourse” CEU:  What Architects Need to Know About Civil Engineering & Site Plan Approvals: Every new or expanded building project involves both architecture and civil engineering. A smooth relationship between the architect and civil engineer is key to obtaining land use approvals and permits, and results in successful projects where building and site elements work together seamlessly.
