Join the AIA NJ Committee on the Environment for an engaging course designed to enhance Sustainable and Resilient Design practices with a focus on watersheds. This session explores the intersection of regulation and implementation, emphasizing the critical role of water, stormwater, and natural systems in creating low-impact projects.

Participants will discover how to turn regulatory requirements into innovative design opportunities, leading to projects that benefit clients, strengthen communities, and improve environmental health. The course will delve into designing upstream or downstream of environmentally sensitive areas, integrating stormwater management as a functional and aesthetic feature, and fostering collaboration among disciplines to achieve superior outcomes.
